In the 2025 edition, we introduced more than 20 new sports, including trends such as padel, hyrox and e-sports. The book now features more than 200 sports in total.
Updated content
All existing sport descriptions have been reviewed and updated to reflect the latest rule changes and trends.
New chapters
The book has been expanded with two completely new chapters: "Sport and Mental Health" and "Digital Sport and E-sport". These topics are becoming increasingly important in the modern sports world.
