How does the quiz work?
The quiz is a short questionnaire, taking about 5 minutes, that provides personalized sport recommendations based on your interests, physical abilities, personality and goals. No prior sports knowledge is required!
What kind of questions can you expect?
The questions cover different areas: what environment you like to exercise in, whether you feel better alone or in a team, how important competition is to you, and what physical skills you want to develop.
Scientific background
The quiz is based on the research findings of the International Sport Selection Encyclopedia and was developed with the involvement of sports experts. The results don't just suggest one sport, but a complete list from which you can choose the one that appeals to you most.
