Sports shoes are one of the most important pieces of equipment worth investing in. The wrong shoes can lead to injuries, while the right shoes can significantly improve your performance.

Know your feet

Before buying shoes, it's important to know your arch type (flat, normal or high) and how you step (pronation, supination or neutral).

Sport-specific shoes

Different types of shoes are recommended for each sport. Running shoes are not suitable for basketball, and vice versa. Here are the most important types:

When to replace?
